Who Can Apply
New and returning drivers may apply when EFVD opens applications, but applying does not guarantee event entry.
Drivers can apply
EFVD is open to drivers who want organized competition and can follow event procedure.
Consent may be requested
Underage drivers may apply, but EFVD may request parent or guardian consent before participation.
Selection still applies
Staff reviews readiness, conduct, technical fit and event capacity.
Be truthful
False, incomplete or misleading application information can affect eligibility.

Test access
Confirm Assetto Corsa, Content Manager, wheel and pedal setup and Discord are ready. Staff may request setup proof at any time.
Check availability
Only apply if you can attend briefing, qualifying and battles if selected.

Required Application Information
Application forms should give EFVD enough information to confirm who you are, what you drive and whether you can attend. By applying, drivers understand EFVD may use information provided in the application for event administration, roster management, broadcast presentation, graphics, results, social content and partner-facing event coverage.

Selection Criteria
Any driver can apply, but selection depends on readiness, event capacity and overall fit. EFVD may refuse an entry for conduct, preparation, technical concerns, false information or event suitability.

Selection is the start of event preparation. Drivers still need to complete every requirement before competing.

Install and test
Download the official track and confirm server access.
Attend live instructions
Be present for required briefing and event-specific direction. Missing briefing can affect event eligibility or procedure review.
Stay ready
Monitor Discord and be prepared when called for sessions.

Waitlist and Replacement Policy
Waitlisted drivers should stay ready, but they are not guaranteed a competition spot.
Watch Discord
Roster changes may happen quickly before or during event week.
Be ready to replace
Keep car files, track access and schedule availability ready.
Act quickly
If staff offers a spot, delayed response may move the spot to another driver.

Communication Standards
Applicant communication should be simple, accurate and handled through the announced EFVD channels.
