## Who Can Apply

EFVD welcomes drivers ready for judged qualifying, controlled lead/chase runs and organized events.

### Drivers can apply

EFVD is open to drivers who want organized competition and can follow event procedure.

### Consent may be requested

Underage drivers may apply, but EFVD may request parent or guardian consent before participation.

### Be ready to compete

Staff reviews your preparation, experience, availability and conduct.

### Be truthful

False, incomplete or misleading application information can affect eligibility.

AP-03

## Before You Apply

Join Discord and prepare the details below before opening #driver-application and pressing Apply to Compete.

### Know the process

Use the New Driver Guide for orientation, then use this page for application details.

### Test access

### Have your information ready

Prepare your competition name, driver number, Steam profile link, driving setup and a short description of your drift experience.

AP-04

## Application Flow

One application admits you to EFVD. My EFVD handles event entry and any later License offer.

- 01 Apply to join EFVD Share your driver details once in #driver-application.
- 02 Complete your application New drivers provide identity, setup, drift experience, three short written answers and Steam. Formal competition results and footage are optional; event car details are submitted for each round, and team details are optional.
- 03 Wait for a decision We review your EFVD application. If accepted, you can request Wild Card events; we may also offer a limited License separately.
- 04 Follow My EFVD Enter individual events when available. If you receive a private License offer, review all three dates and the $40 CAD fee before accepting. Declining leaves your Wild Card eligibility unchanged.

## Required Application Information

New drivers provide their identity, driving setup, a short drift-experience description, three written answers about their goals and handling judging disagreements, and their Steam account. Formal competition results, driving footage and social links are optional. The application does not ask for general availability. Submit event car details for each round; team and sponsor are optional. A License offer does not require another application.

## Application Review Criteria

Staff checks the following when reviewing your application.

Application factor

What staff checks

Preparation

Rules understood and a usable competition setup described.

Experience

Enough context to understand current competition readiness.

Conduct

Respectful communication and no avoidable drama.

Availability

The driver can reasonably participate in EFVD events.

Accuracy

Application information is truthful, current and complete.

AP-07

## Application Outcomes

Your EFVD application decision comes first. A License offer is separate; declining one does not undo your EFVD acceptance.

Outcome

What it means

License offer

An accepted driver can review the complete private offer, then accept the three-event commitment or continue with individual events.

Accepted

You may request individual rounds as a Wild Card without applying again. This does not reserve an event place.

Unpaid position released

If an accepted Season Pass is not paid by its deadline, staff may release the season position. You remain approved to request individual rounds as a Wild Card.

On hold

Staff needs to speak with you before granting any new access.

Rejected

EFVD participation was not approved. No new driver role or event access is granted.

AP-08

## After Application Approval

Open My EFVD to see your next step. These options become available as you prepare for an event.

### Review your profile

Your application details are already saved. Add optional team, sponsor, prize PayPal and social details in My Profile.

### Register for a round

Choose Enter This Round when available. Check My Entry for staff's decision or any requested update.

### Choose your car

Once your entry is accepted, choose an approved saved car or submit a new car for inspection.

### Get ready to join

Use the EFVD Launcher to install event files and check your Steam account and wheel. Follow its instructions on when to join.

AP-09

## Event Waitlist and Replacement Policy

If you are waitlisted for an event, a place is not guaranteed. Staff will contact you if one opens.

### Check My Entry

Open My EFVD to check your entry status and any staff note.

### No action or payment needed

Wait for a place to be offered. My EFVD will show the next step if your entry is accepted.

### Meet the deadline

If staff offers you a place, follow the instructions in My EFVD by the stated deadline.
